Dispute Resolution Policy

KZO Wellness Studio is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and client-centered wellness experience. In the event of a concern, complaint, or dispute, we encourage all parties to make reasonable efforts to resolve matters promptly, professionally, and in good faith.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, clients agree to first contact KZO Wellness Studio regarding any concern or dispute.

Many concerns can be resolved through open communication, clarification, corrective action, or mutual agreement without the need for formal proceedings.

Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions, the parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation.

The mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator located within the State of Georgia.

Each party shall bear its own costs associated with mediation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Arbitration

If mediation does not successfully resolve the dispute, any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to KZO Wellness Studio's website, communications, scheduling services, wellness services, policies, or client interactions shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Georgia by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator or arbitration service.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court having appropriate jurisdiction.

Limitations

Nothing in this policy prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief, complying with legal obligations, responding to governmental inquiries, or pursuing remedies that cannot legally be resolved through arbitration.

Governing Law

This Dispute Resolution Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
