Appointment Availability

KZO Wellness Studio operates using a rolling appointment calendar to ensure every client receives a personalized concierge experience.

Appointment availability is released based on the provider's confirmed schedule. Clients may book any date and time displayed within the online booking calendar.

If a desired appointment is not visible, it is not currently available for booking.

Appointment availability may vary due to existing appointments, travel commitments, continuing education, holidays, provider availability, or other operational considerations.

This scheduling approach allows KZO Wellness Studio to maintain flexibility while delivering safe, efficient, and personalized care.

Standard Concierge Service Area

KZO Wellness Studio proudly serves clients throughout the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area.

Standard service pricing includes travel within KZO's established concierge service area, generally defined as locations approximately 30 minutes from the provider's current service location, based on normal travel conditions.

This service area is designed to provide convenient access while maintaining efficient scheduling and preserving appointment quality.

Extended Travel Requests

Appointments requested outside KZO Wellness Studio's standard concierge service area are reviewed individually based on provider availability, scheduling logistics, travel distance, and other operational considerations.

When approved, an Extended Concierge Travel Fee may apply.

Rather than charging mileage, KZO Wellness Studio utilizes a flat travel reservation fee to provide transparent and predictable pricing.

Current travel fees are published with KZO Wellness Studio's service pricing.

Multiple Appointment Requests

When scheduling multiple appointments for the same day, KZO Wellness Studio may coordinate appointment times and travel routes to maximize scheduling efficiency while maintaining each client's individualized concierge experience.

Service Area Limitations

KZO Wellness Studio reserves the right to decline, modify, or reschedule appointments based on travel distance, scheduling logistics, weather conditions, safety concerns, venue accessibility, or other operational considerations.

Our priority is to ensure every appointment can be delivered safely, professionally, and without compromising the quality of care provided to any client.
